Features and Benefits

LightOx™72 is a fluorescent molecule that exhibits solvatochromatic fluorescence emission when excited with UV-A and violet (405 nm) light sources. In the free, unconjugated form,

LightOx™72 can be used as a lysosomal stain. The free secondary amine moiety is a reactive group for conjugation to other (bio)molecules by N-acylation, N-sulphonylation, N-alkylation or aza-Michael addition. Stock solutions are typically prepared at 10 mM in DMSO or DMF.
