EPRISE – Carrie Ambler presented at SMEs in Photonics in BioMed on developing new probes and light- activated therapeutics.
Photonics clusters involved in the EPRISE project have both local connections and technology understanding to set-up, together with Regional Authorities, an efficient framework encouraging creation of funding synergies between regional and European funds in order to better exploit potential of European Photonics industry for the four target markets and provide it with a level playing field when facing the global market.
EPRISE project aims to highlight the potential of photonics sector in selected regions and engaging them in the activities of the project. Regional authorities will be presented with facts about the economic benefits and high societal impact of photonics in their region and an overview of concrete funding scenarios to be considered in the current and/or following Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF).
